I remember seeing something very similar to that if it's not THE same one when I went in 76.It was Irish, red coachlining on black and I seem to recollect that all the wiring was routed through the frame and front downtubes.A few months later it was in "Bike" magazine. Wish I had that copy as it was a really nice looking bike.
