The dizzy heights and the old Who number "I can see for miles!", whilst going over the Bealach na Ba all come to mind. Hope this is a blue dawn and good health for 2012.
Well this flu I've had ticking away, thought it was just a cold, finally got a grip of me at the end of the week and by Saturday its claws were well and truly in!! Its just this morning I've been able to sit down and string together more than half a dozen words... Just like to thank you for your New Year wishes
Get well quick Kawa. Lot's of flu running around over here too. Been lucky so far myself. Course it was close to 70 degrees the other day, but the nights have been bitter cold. Wind blowing like crazy today, might be a signal for a change of weather again. Was it Stuart's blog that had the pic of huge paving edgers that had been blown around? Can't say we have had any wind quite like that.
Course since I wrote the last, learned that it was the action of waves that rolled up on shore and moved those paving blocks...just saw a shot on TV of clear mountain passes with no snow on the roads here. Not looking good for us on the water for spring front. We need some storms! Got that flu licked?
I think thats the worst of it over Larry, thanks. I did manage to get out on the bike for a wee 150mls run in the afternoon, bit cold, but good to be out :-). Really need to get caught up with the blog....
Happy New year and Hogmany Kawa....all the best mate!!!
