Old Adverts



Another magazine advert, this time for Norton and as usual for the time a female was draped over one of their bikes, there was a whole series of them




Just seen this Norton advert and had to add it

    Remember those ads real well in Motorcycle News and Motorcycle Weekly. They still look, and the girls :P

    Those ads worked. That and a ride on the back of a Commando in the seventies. The sound! I've got my 1 and a half Commando 850's. I used to have most of those ads, untill a person who will remain un-named ran off with some of them.Actually have some litho on tin wall plaques of a few of them, I found- to decorate the shed. HL
