My first thought was a possible Italjet like the Grifon (I think) that was powered by a Triumph 650 motor; then I thought of Kawasaki based such as a W650 type.
After clicking on the link I saw that it was Kawasaki based. Interesting set-up, looks good like it could've come from Triumph or BSA
Other than the disc brake it looks like it could have been a contemporary of the old Honda CL-350's and CL-450's. I was gonna say I didn't remember a "Scrambler" version of the little Kawa twin.Clever bit of trickery. I briefly owned a KZ-400,the model with the saddlebags and windshield. It had sort of a retro 60's look. I never liked that bike. I was ok with the look. But it had really wallowy handling and seemed a little gutless.I traded it for a car, but kept the bags and shield, to put on another bike.I do like the look of this one, and it sounds like they have addressed the power and handling issues.
